Discover Lumber Luxury: Sculptural Timber Furniture with Presence
Share
Some furniture completes a room. Other pieces give it its identity.
Lumber Luxury brings together sculptural forms, expressive timber and statement pieces selected for architectural homes and collectors of design. From the sweep of a live-edge dining table to the quiet strength of a hardwood console, the collection celebrates furniture with a presence of its own.
These are pieces to choose thoughtfully, with attention to material, proportion and the way you want to live. Discover the seven designs that make up the collection.
Avelon: flowing form, considered function
The Avelon Sculptural Coffee Table brings sweeping curves into the living room. Its seamless transition from surface to base combines solid timber and premium veneer in a bold architectural silhouette, softened by the warmth and character of the grain.
Individually handcrafted to order, Avelon can be tailored in size and timber selection to suit your interior. Give its flowing shape room to breathe, with restrained styling that lets the form take centre stage.
Marlo: the strength of simplicity
With its softened round top and sculptural pedestal base, the Marlo Sculptural Coffee Table is grounded and deliberately minimal. Solid timber construction and a hand-finished surface bring natural grain and tactile detail to the foreground.
Available in 600mm and 1000mm diameters, both at 400mm high, Marlo offers a composed focal point for a living space. Its appeal lies in the balance of material and proportion, rather than added ornament.
Bastion: reclaimed timber with a story
The Bastion Solid Timber Beam Console Table is built from stacked reclaimed timber beams. Visible cracks, aged textures and grain movement preserve the character of the material, while the layered structure creates an unmistakably architectural silhouette.
At 1950mm long and 280mm deep, Bastion makes a strong statement in an entryway, hallway or behind a sofa. Pair it with simple surroundings to let the timber’s history speak.
Forme: a sculptural welcome
The Forme Console approaches the entrance as a place to set the tone. Its stacked, curved form recalls the balance of stone cairns, translated into the warmth of solid American Ash.
Finished in cognac or black, Forme is a statement of shape and material rather than a console designed for storage. It brings a deliberate, composed presence to corridors and transitional spaces.
Root Wood: nature as the starting point
Crafted from a single solid timber root, the Root Wood Sculptural Coffee Table celebrates organic movement. Twisting grain, curves and natural voids make each piece individual.
Each root is selected for strength, balance and sculptural impact, then cleaned, stabilised and finished. The result is a functional centrepiece whose character cannot be repeated.
Double Drip: statement scale
The Double Drip Slab Dining Table pairs a monumental slab with an integrated, cascading base. Organic edges and flowing grain give the design its drama.
With lengths from two to six metres, depending on the slab selected and your spatial requirements, it is a compelling choice for expansive dining rooms and architectural boardrooms. Let the scale of the room guide the scale of the piece.
Claro: the character of a singular slab
The Claro Live Edge Slab Dining Table honours the distinctive character of Claro Walnut. Chocolate heartwood, caramel tones and dramatic grain movement are enhanced by a hand-rubbed satin finish, while the live edge preserves the tree’s organic outline.
Crafted in Melbourne, Claro is centred on a single slab chosen for its scale, integrity and grain. Each selection offers its own expression of the timber.
Find the piece that belongs in your space
Choosing statement furniture begins with the room: its proportions, light, textures and the way you use it. One carefully chosen piece can establish the direction of an entire interior.
